Chilled mango pulp - 1 cup Chilled yogurt - 1 cup Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Procedure:
1. Add mango pulp to blender. 2. Add yogurt. 3. Add powdered sugar. 4. Blend everything together. 5. Pour it in glass and garnish with mango slice. Serve chilled.
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup All purpose flour - 1/4 cup Oil - 3 tbsp Honey - 2 tbsp Salt - 1 pinch Baking powder - 1 tsp Baking soda - 1/2 tsp Vanilla essence - 1 tsp Eggs - 2 nos.
Procedure:
1. Preheat over at 180 degree c 2. Sift all dry ingredients except powdered sugar 3. Separate egg yolk and egg white 4. Beat egg white with hand blender till it forms soft peaks 5. Add powdered sugar to egg yolk 6. Beat till the mixture turns creamy white in color 7. Add oil 8. Add honey 9. Blend everything together 10. Add dry ingredients and mix well 11. Add vanilla essence 12. Add 2 tbsp of milk if the batter is too thick 13. Add this to egg white and fold everything together Note: Do not over mix 14. Take a cake tin lined with wax paper at the bottom and greased on the sides. 15. Pour the mixture in the tin 16. Tap it to release air bubbles. 17. Keep the tin in preheated oven and bake for 30 mins. 18. Check with knife if it comes out clean that means cake is done. 19. Keep it aside for 10-15 mins 20. Place the tin upside down on cooling rack and tap it. 21. Remove the wax paper. 22. Cut cake into pieces according to your choice. Delicious and spongy cake is ready to eat. All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup Butter - 1/2 cup Salt - 1 pinch Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp Curd - 1 tbsp
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven at 180 degree c. 2. Take all purpose flour in a bowl. 3. Add salt and powdered sugar and mix well. 4. Add butter. 5. Mix well with hand till the mixture looks crumbly. 6. Add curd. 7. Add rose essence and mix well. 8. Shape the dough in rectangular bar. 9. Cling wrap the dough. 10. Keep it in freezer for 10 mins. 11. Cut the dough into slices. 12. Place the biscuit slices over greased baking dish. 13. Bake the biscuit in preheated oven for 20-25 mins. Crunchy biscuits are ready to eat. Checkout video for preparing Plain Biscuit:
1. Add butter and milk powder to dark chocolate compound 2. Melt the chocolate mixture in microwave for 30 secs 3. Mix well and pour in molds 4. Tap the mold. 5. Spread chopped almonds all over the chocolate mix. 6. Also, put little chocolate in the ice tray. 7. Add pinch of coconut powder on chocolate. 8. Add few chopped almond pieces over chocolate mix. 9. Cover it up with remaining chocolate. 10. Keep it in freezer for 10 mins. 11. De-mold chocolate 12. Wrap chocolate in aluminium foil. Delicious yummy nutty chocolate is ready to eat. Chopped mango - 3 cups Milk powder - 1/4 cup Powdered sugar - 1 cup Milk 1/2 cup Fresh cream - 1 and 1/2 cup
Procedure:
1. Take a bowl and add fresh cream 2. Start whipping it for 10-12 mins till it forms soft peaks. 3. Add powdered sugar and blend it. 4. Now add milk powder and blend again. 5. Puree mango pieces and add it to the cream mixture. 6. Blend the mixture for few mins. 7. Add few mango chunks. 8. Add natural food color (optional). 9. Add 3 tsp milk. 10. Blend the mixture well. 11. Pour the mixture in a box. 12. Cling wrap the box and keep it in freezer for 6-8 hours. 13. Scoop out the ice cream and garnish it with mango chunks. 1. Take rice flour in a bowl 2. Add sesame seeds 3. Add peanuts, cumin, red chilli, red chilli powder and tumeric. 4. Ginger chilli paste and chopped curry leafs. 5. Add salt according to taste. 6. Add butter. 7. Add chana daal without water. 8. Mix everything together. 9. Add very little water. 10. Make sure that dough should be crumbly and not stickily. 11. Heat oil in a pan. 12. Take small portions of mixture, apply little oil on the rolling board and start rolling to make small puris. 13. Carefully scrape out the puri with knife and fry it in medium heat oil to make it crispy. Delicious rice papdi is ready to eat. Check out video for preparing Rice papdi:
Orange flavoured and plain marie biscuits - 14-15.
Coffee powder - 1tbsp.
Dark chocolate - 3tbsp.
Butter - 1tsp.
Powdered sugar - 1tsp.
Water - 2tbsp.
PROCEDURE:
- Take chocolate and butter in a bowl.
- Microwave it for 20-30 sec till chocolate melts. - Mix melted chocolate and butter and keep it aside. - Add water and sugar powder to coffee and mix well. - Take one flat plate. - Take 1 biscuit dip it in coffee and immediately place it on the plate. - Do not soak the biscuit for longer time in coffee mix. - Apply chocolate and butter mix over the biscuit. - Take another biscuit dip it in coffee mix and place it over chocolate layer. - Repeat the process for all biscuits. - Apply chocolate on sides to cover the biscuit layers. - Keep the cake in refrigerator for 15 mins. till the chocolate gets hard. - After 15 mins take out the cake from fridge and start cutting slices diagonally with a sharp knife. - Ready to eat yummilicious instant biscuit cake.........:)
