Murmura Ladoo Recipe















Ingredients:

Murmura(puffed rice) - 4cups.
Jaggery - 1cup.
Cardamom powder - 1tsp.


Procedure:

-Melt jaggery in a wide nonstick pan on a very low flame.
-Heat it for another 5mins and switch off the flame.
-Add murmura and cardamom powder to this and mix well.
-Immediately start making round dumplings or ladoo's before the mixture gets cool.
-Keep aside all the ladoo's till they become cool.
-You can store them in airtight container for 6-7 days.

Instant Murmura ladoo is ready to eat......:)

Murmura ladoo is a very good and healthy snack for children.
They are packed with the goodness of iron and carbohydrates.
