Mango Lassi Recipe

Ingredients:

Chilled mango pulp - 1 cup
Chilled yogurt - 1 cup
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp

Procedure:

1. Add mango pulp to blender.
2. Add yogurt.
3. Add powdered sugar.
4. Blend everything together.
5. Pour it in glass and garnish with  mango slice.
Serve chilled.

Honey Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour - 1/4 cup
Oil - 3 tbsp
Honey - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 pinch
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Eggs - 2 nos.


Procedure:

1. Preheat over at 180 degree c
2. Sift all dry ingredients except powdered sugar
3. Separate egg yolk and egg white
4. Beat egg white with hand blender till it forms soft peaks
5. Add powdered sugar to egg yolk
6. Beat till the mixture turns creamy white in color
7. Add oil
8. Add honey
9. Blend everything together
10. Add dry ingredients and mix well
11. Add vanilla essence
12. Add 2 tbsp of milk if the batter is too thick
13. Add this to egg white and fold everything together
Note: Do not over mix
14. Take a cake tin lined with wax paper at the bottom and greased on the sides.
15. Pour the mixture in the tin
16. Tap it to release air bubbles.
17. Keep the tin in preheated oven and bake for 30 mins.
18. Check with knife if it comes out clean that means cake is done.
19. Keep it aside for 10-15 mins
20. Place the tin upside down on cooling rack and tap it.
21. Remove the wax paper.
22. Cut cake into pieces according to your choice.

Delicious and spongy cake is ready to eat.

Plain Biscuit Recipe

Ingredients:

All purpose flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Butter - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1 pinch
Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp
Curd - 1 tbsp


Procedure:

1. Preheat oven at 180 degree c.
2. Take all purpose flour in a bowl.
3. Add salt and powdered sugar and mix well.
4. Add butter.
5. Mix well with hand till the mixture looks crumbly.
6. Add curd.
7. Add rose essence and mix well.
8. Shape the dough in rectangular bar.
9. Cling wrap the dough.
10. Keep it in freezer for 10 mins.
11. Cut the dough into slices.
12. Place the biscuit slices over greased baking dish.
13. Bake the biscuit in preheated oven for 20-25 mins.

Crunchy biscuits are ready to eat.

Nutty Chocolate Recipe




Ingredients:

Milk powder - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tsp
Coconut powder - 1 tsp
Chopped almonds - 1 tbsp
Dark chocolate compound - 3 tbsp
Ice tray and plastic cake molds
Aluminium foil


Procedure:

1. Add butter and milk powder to dark chocolate compound
2. Melt the chocolate mixture in microwave for 30 secs
3. Mix well and pour in molds
4. Tap the mold.
5. Spread chopped almonds all over the chocolate mix.
6. Also, put little chocolate in the ice tray.
7. Add pinch of coconut powder on chocolate.
8. Add few chopped almond pieces over chocolate mix.
9. Cover it up with remaining chocolate.
10. Keep it in freezer for 10 mins.
11. De-mold chocolate
12. Wrap chocolate in aluminium foil.

Delicious yummy nutty chocolate is ready to eat.

Mango Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

Chopped mango - 3 cups
Milk powder - 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar - 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Fresh cream - 1 and 1/2 cup

Procedure:

1. Take a bowl and add fresh cream
2. Start whipping it for 10-12 mins till it forms soft peaks.
3. Add powdered sugar and blend it.
4. Now add milk powder and blend again.
5. Puree mango pieces and add it to the cream mixture.
6. Blend the mixture for few mins.
7. Add few mango chunks.
8. Add natural food color (optional).
9. Add 3 tsp milk.
10. Blend the mixture well.
11. Pour the mixture in a box.
12. Cling wrap the box and keep it in freezer for 6-8 hours.
13. Scoop out the ice cream and garnish it with mango chunks.

Delicious yummy mango ice cream is ready to eat.

Rice Papdi Recipe



Ingredients:

Rice flour - 1 bowl
Soaked channa daal - 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds (Til) - 1 tbsp
Chilli garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chopped curry leafs - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Tumeric - 1 pinch
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin (zeera) - 1 tsp
Soaked peanuts - 1 tbsp


Procedure:

1. Take rice flour in a bowl
2. Add sesame seeds
3. Add peanuts, cumin, red chilli, red chilli powder and tumeric.
4. Ginger chilli paste and chopped curry leafs.
5. Add salt according to taste.
6. Add butter.
7. Add chana daal without water.
8. Mix everything together.
9. Add very little water.
10. Make sure that dough should be crumbly and not stickily.
11. Heat oil in a pan.
12. Take small portions of mixture, apply little oil on the rolling board and start rolling to make small puris.
13. Carefully scrape out the puri with knife and fry it in medium heat oil to make it crispy.

Delicious rice papdi is ready to eat.

Instant Biscuit Cake Recipe



INGREDIENTS:

Orange flavoured and plain marie biscuits - 14-15.
Coffee powder - 1tbsp.
Dark chocolate - 3tbsp.
Butter - 1tsp.
Powdered sugar - 1tsp.
Water - 2tbsp.

PROCEDURE:

- Take chocolate and butter in a bowl.
- Microwave it for 20-30 sec till chocolate melts.
- Mix melted chocolate and butter and keep it aside.
- Add water and sugar powder to coffee and mix well.
- Take one flat plate.
- Take 1 biscuit dip it in coffee and immediately place it on the plate.
- Do not soak the biscuit for longer time in coffee mix.
- Apply chocolate and butter mix over the biscuit.
- Take another biscuit dip it in coffee mix and place it over chocolate layer.
- Repeat the process for all biscuits.
- Apply chocolate on sides to cover the biscuit layers.
- Keep the cake in refrigerator for 15 mins. till the chocolate gets hard.
- After 15 mins take out the cake from fridge and start cutting slices diagonally with a sharp knife.
- Ready to eat yummilicious instant biscuit cake.........:)

Mango Kalakand Burfi Recipe


Ingredients:

Fresh paneer or chenna - 2 cups.
Fresh mango pulp - 2 cups.
Sugar - 1-1/2 cups.
Milk powder - 1/2 cup.
Cardamom powder - 1tsp.
Almonds and pistachios for garnishing.

Procedure:


- Take a wide nonstick pan and add chenna, mango pulp and sugar to it.
- Mix every thing together and switch on the flame.
- Cook on medium flame and keep steering in between.
- After 15 -20 mins mixture will get thickened. At this point, add milk powder and cardamom powder and switch off the flame.
- Pour the mixture on greased plate and garnish with almonds and pistachio.
- Keep in refrigerator for 2 hours and cut into pieces.

Delicious mango kalakand burfi is ready to eat........:)

Murmura Ladoo Recipe















Ingredients:

Murmura(puffed rice) - 4cups.
Jaggery - 1cup.
Cardamom powder - 1tsp.


Procedure:

-Melt jaggery in a wide nonstick pan on a very low flame.
-Heat it for another 5mins and switch off the flame.
-Add murmura and cardamom powder to this and mix well.
-Immediately start making round dumplings or ladoo's before the mixture gets cool.
-Keep aside all the ladoo's till they become cool.
-You can store them in airtight container for 6-7 days.

Instant Murmura ladoo is ready to eat......:)

Protein Shake Recipe


















Ingredients:

Coconut milk - 1 cup.

Baked Salmon Fish Recipe



Ingredients:

Salmon Fish Pieces - 6 - 8(curry cut)
Rice Flour - 1 tbsp.
Red Chilli Powder - 1-1/2 tsp.
Cumin Powder - 1tsp.
Coriander Powder - 1-1/2 tsp.
Garam Masala - 1tsp.
Salt - according to taste.
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp.
Lemon Juice - 1-1/2 tsp.


Procedure:

- Rub ginger garlic paste, little salt and lemon juice nicely over salmon pieces.
- Keep marinated fish aside for 30 mins.
- Mix all dry ingredients along with little salt.
- Take salmon pieces and coat them with dry spice mix all over.
- Place  them over high rack.
- Set your microwave oven for pre-heating on convection mode at 200degree C.
- Put salmon fish rack in the preheated oven and bake for 20mins.
- Grill for 10mins on each side to get golden brown crust and crispness.
- Serve with salad.

Enjoy oil free, baked Salmon.

Rasgulla Recipe












Ingredients:

1 ltr - milk (full cream).
3 tbs - lemon juice.
1 cup - sugar.
1 pinch - natural food color.
1 tsp - rose essence.


Procedure:

  • Boil milk in a wide pan.
  • When milk comes to boil switch off the flame and wait for 5-7 mins.
  • Now slowly add lemon juice to the milk and keep stir occasionally.
  • Milk will coagulate in mins.
  • Take one pot and keep strainer over it.
  • Place piece of muslin cloth over the strainer.
  • Pour milk over the cloth,now add cold water and wash the chenna properly to remove sourness of lemon juice.
  • Gather all the ends of the muslin cloth and squeeze out all the water from the chenna.
  • Make sure you remove maximum amount of water.
  • Meanwhile take water and sugar in a pressure cooker and bring water to boil.
  • Take chenna on a flat surface and start rubbing it for 5-7mins,till it becomes soft.
  • Now start making small balls from the chenna dough.
  • Put balls in the boiling water and close the lid of cooker.
  • Pressure cook until 1 vissel on high flame and then on medium flame for 8mins.
  • Switch off the gas after 8mins and keep the cooker aside till the pressure goes down.
  • After 10mins open the lid of cooker,take out rasgullas and add rose essence.
  • Keep rasgullas in fridge for at least 4hrs before serving.

Coconut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup - Powdered sugar.
1 cup - All purpose flour(maida).
3 tbsp - Butter(salted).
1 no - Egg.
1 tsp - mixed fruit jam.
1 tsp - Baking powder.
1 tsp - baking soda.
1 tsp - vanilla essence.
3 tbsp - Dessicated coconut.
1 tbsp - Custard Powder.

Method:

  • Mix all dry ingredients except coconut powder,and sift them ones and keep it aside.
  • Take butter(butter should be at room temperature) and sugar,start creaming it till the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy.
  • Add 1/2 beaten egg and vanilla essence to it and mix it well,till the mixture becomes smooth.Make sure egg is at room temperature.
  • To this add all dry ingredients including coconut powder.keep little coconut powder aside 
  • for decoration.
  • Mix everything together and keep it in refrigerator for 10 mins.
  • Meanwhile preheat your microwave oven on convection mode at 180 degrees C.
  • Take out mixture from fridge.
  • Spread remaining coconut powder on a flat plate.
  • Make small dumplings from the mixture and press them over coconut powder and keep them on greased baking dish.
  • Make cone from plastic sheet and fill it with jam.
  • decorate the cookies with jam by using this piping cone.
  • Now put the baking dish in preheated oven and bake the cookies for 15-20mins.till it looks golden in colour.
  • Keep checking in between.
  • After baking take out the cookies and place them over cooling rack.
  • Once cooled completely the cookies becomes crispy and crunchy.
