Protein Shake Recipe


















Ingredients:

Coconut milk - 1 cup.
Banana - 1 nos.
Soaked almonds - 4.
Flavored health drink powder or protein powder - 1 tbsp.
Oats - 1 tbsp.
Egg white (optional) - 1 nos.


Procedure:

- Take egg white in a blender and blend it until it becomes creamy and fluffy.
- Mix everything together in the same blender and blend till it becomes smooth.
- You can even add vanilla essence if you want extra flavor.
- Serve in a tall glass.


Instant protein shake is ready to kick start your day.......:)
It provides a boost of proteins, minerals and carbohydrates necessary for body.
